城乡幼儿园教师专业能力现状及提升策略 被引量:1

摘要 以《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》为依据进行问卷设计,通过对内蒙古、吉林、山东、云南、广州、宁夏等城乡幼儿园调查发现,幼儿教师专业能力整体处于中等偏上水平,各维度专业能力发展不均衡;城乡教师专业能力水平表现出不同的差异和特点,城乡教师教龄、学历、专业背景与教师专业能力呈显著相关。基于现状提出相关建议。 Based on the"Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trial)",a questionnaire was designed.Through surveys of urban and rural kindergartens in Inner Mongolia,Jilin,Shandong,Yunnan,Guangzhou,Ningxia and other urban and rural kindergartens,it was found that the overall professional abilities of preschool teachers were at the upper-middle level.But the development is uneven.Urban and rural teachers'professional competence levels show different differences and characteristics.The teaching age,educational background,and professional background of urban and rural teachers are significantly related to teachers'professional competence.
