The Development Strategy of Subject Service in a University Library

为配合中共中央"一流大学和一流学科建设"工作,高校图书馆正在努力为高校学科建设发展提供全方位的服务。高校图书馆应当立足创新图书馆组织结构,专注于引进和培养专业学科馆员,形成完整的学科服务体系,并且转变图书馆学科服务理念,以期在未来的"双一流"学校和学科建设中充分拓展学科服务的工作。

In order to cooperate with the"First-class University and First-Class Discipline Construction"work of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,university libraries are working hard to provide a full range of services for the development of university disciplines.University libraries should base themselves on innovating the library’s organizational structure,focus on introducing and cultivating professional subject librarians,forming a complete subject service system,and transforming the concept of library subject services,so as to expand the work of subject services in the"double first-class"school and subject construction.
