摘要
在概述铁路疾病预防控制单位实验室危险废物管理现状的基础上,从管理制度、种类识别、规范标识、管理计划和管理台账等方面分析影响危险废物规范化管理的主要因素,提出完善实验室管理体系、健全危险废物档案管理、加强危险废物现场管理和强化危险废物贮存仓库管理等加强铁路实验室危险废物管理的建议。
On the basis of summarizing the present situation of hazardous waste management in laboratories of railway disease prevention and control units,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting standardized management of hazardous waste from aspects of management system,species identification,standardized identification,management plan and management ledger,and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening hazardous waste management in railway laboratories,such as perfecting laboratory management system,perfecting hazardous waste archives management,strengthening hazardous waste site management and strengthening hazardous waste storage warehouse management.
