摘要
建立了热脱附-气相色谱-质谱法测定塑胶跑道面层中10种挥发性有机物(VOCs)有害物质释放量的检测方法。试样制备后置于温度(23±2)℃,相对湿度(50±10)%的无污染环境中预平衡后置于环境测试舱内进行环境平衡。按照材料面积/舱体积比0.4裁取塑胶跑道,放置在60L的环境舱中,环境舱的条件如下:温度60℃±1℃,相对湿度5.0%±5%,空气交换率(1±0.01)次/h,被测样品表面附近空气流速:0.1~0.3m/s。样品VOCs释放量测定的采样体积为10L,采用Tenax-TA吸附管采集,通过热解吸装置加热吸附管,得到VOCs的解吸气体,将其通过GC-MS分析,通过保留时间定性,外标法定量。该方法操作简单、重现性好,准确度高,能满足对实际样品的分析要求。
Thermal desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was applied to detect 10 volatile organic compounds(VOCs)releasing from plastic track.The sample shall be placed in a non-polluting environment for pre-equilibrated in with a relative humidity(50+10)%and a temperature of(23±2)℃.The plastic track is cut according to the material area/cabin volume ratio of 0.4 and placed in a 60 L environmental chamber(Temperature:60℃±1℃,relative humidity:5.0%±5%,air exchange rate:(1±0.01)times/h,air velocity:0.1 m/s-0.3 m/s).It was collected by Tenax-TA adsorption tube with 10 L of the VOCs air.The gas of VOCs was obtained by a thermal desorption device,and analyzed by TD-GC-MS.The method can meet the analysis requirements of actual samples.
