摘要
钛白粉的化学名称是二氧化钛,在涂料、塑料、陶瓷和造纸等领域是性能最好的白色颜料,它的稳定性极高、拥有着良好的遮盖力。但是在种种优点下其内部的缺陷也是相当明显的,因为其自身的颗粒物质存在光催化活性,从而利用该物质所制造出来的塑料制品会在不同的环境下产生不同的结果,如在波长小于387.5mm的光波中会形成高化学活性的过氧化物以及附带产生的自由基,在这两种物质的催化下会发生塑料自身的氧化降解,与此同时其老化速度迅速加快,在不同气候情况下保存效果极差。因此本文从塑料专用金红石型钛白粉的改进措施出发探讨其中的机理研究。
Titanium dioxide,the chemical name of titanium dioxide,is the best performance of white pigment in the fields of coating,plastics,ceramics and papermaking,with its high stability and good covering power.But under the virtues of its internal defects is quite obvious,because of its photocatalytic activity,particle material existence and use of the material made of plastic products can produce different results in different circumstances,such as in the light of wavelength is less than 387.5 mm can form Gao Huaxue activity of peroxides and produce free radicals,in the two substances under the catalysis of will occur in the oxidation and degradation of plastic itself,at the same time its aging accelerated rapidly,under the condition of different climate preservation effect is very poor.Therefore,this paper discusses the mechanism of the improvement measures of rutile titanium dioxide for plastics.
