尔王庄水库浮游植物群落结构研究

摘要 为了初步分析南水北调后天津水库的浮游植物群落组成及演替规律,进而对水质保障提供一定的数据基础和科学依据,本研究在2018年3-12月对尔王庄水库浮游植物的种类组成、细胞丰度及种群多样性进行分析。结果表明:共鉴定出浮游植物77种,隶属于7门61属,以绿藻门和硅藻门种类数最多,优势种为梅尼小环藻、分歧锥囊藻、细小平裂藻等。浮游植物相对细胞丰度季节变化规律为:冬季<春季<秋季<夏季,其中蓝藻门周年所占比例最高为50.72%。由于Shannon-Wiener指数平均值为2.07±0.35,Pielou均匀度(J)平均值为0.74±0.10,总体呈现轻度-中度营养状态。 In order to preliminarily analyze the phytoplankton community composition and succession rule of Tianjin Reservoir after the South-to-North Water Diversion project,and to provide certain data basis and scientific basis for water quality assurance,this study analyzed the phytoplankton species composition,cell abundance and population diversity of Erwangzhuang Reservoir from March to December 2O18.The results showed that 77 species of phytoplankton were identified during the survey,belonging to 7 phylum 61 genera.Dominant species were Cyclotella meneghiniana,Dinobryon divergens and Merismopedia minima.According to the analysis of cell abundance,the seasonal variation of planktonic algae relative to cell abundance was as follows:winter<spring<autumn<summer,the highest proportion of cyanobacteria was 50.72%.The average shannon-wiener index was 2.07+0.35,and the average Pielou evenness wasO.74+0.10.Overall,the water body presented mild-moderate nutritional status,and the water quality was good.
