绿色矿山建设过程中的公众参与

Public Participation in the Construction of Green Mines

矿山开发对于环境的破坏程度大,需要占用当地的资源进行生产,对当地居民的正常生活造成不同程度的影响。基于此种情况,产生“绿色矿山”理念,本文针对绿色矿山建设过程中,有关于公众参与的相关内容,包括实际的建设规划、开采手段等,同时对于公众参与的形式也加以阐述。另外,还分析此项建设项目中公众参与的意义以及强化公众参与效果的途径,以供相关人士参考。

Mine development has great damage to the environment and needs to occupy local resources for production,which has different degrees of influence on the normal life of local residents.Based on this situation,the concept of "green mine"is produced.This paper aims at the relevant contents of public participation in the process of green mine construction,including actual construction planning,mining means and so on,and also expounds the form of public participation.In addition,the significance of public participation in the construction project and ways to enhance the effectiveness of public participation are analyzed for reference.
