基于TRIZ理论的创新型人才培养途径分析

摘要 TRIZ理论对培养学生的创新能力具有独特的优势,可以加快创新型人才培养速度。但是在实际教育中,还存在大众对创新的重视不够、缺乏创新型教师、学生创新能力不足等问题。基于此,笔者将分析与探讨TRIZ理论的创新型人才培养途径,希望能够帮助相关人员顺利开展人才培养工作,对基于TRIZ理论的创新型人才培养途径进行分析能够提升创新型人才的实际培养速度,从而满足人才发展的需求,对于提升综合性创新能力具有较强影响,在一定程度上也能够促进社会进步。 TRIZ theory has unique advantages in cultivating students1 innovative ability,which can speed up the cultivation of innovative talents.But in practical education,there are still some problems,such as the lack of public attention to innovation,the lack of innovative teachers,the lack of students1 innovation ability and so on.Based on this,the author will analyze and discuss the innovative personnel training approach of TRIZ theory,hoping to help relevant personnel to carry out personnel training work smoothly.Analyzing the innovative personnel training approach based on TRIZ theory can improve the actual training speed of innovative personnel,so as to meet the needs of talent development,and has a strong impact on improving the comprehensive innovation ability To some extent,it can also promote social progress.
