摘要
为了探讨微信结合CBL教学法在核医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。本课题组将2019年9月来核医学科规培的48名住院医师作为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组采用微信结合CBL教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学。每学期规培结束后,进行理论和实践技能考核,评价两种教学法的优劣。结果显示,实验组理论和实践技能考核成绩均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此,将基于微信平台的CBL教学法应用于核医学住院医师规范化培训中,明显提高了住院医师的理论和实践能力,为住院医师规范化培训提供了新的思路。
In order to explore the application effect of wechat combined with CBL teaching method in the standardized training of nuclear medicine residents.The study subjects were 48 residents who had been trained in nuclear medicine in September 2019.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group used wechat and CBL teaching methods,while the control group used traditional teaching method.At the end of each semester,a theoretical and practical skill assessment is conducted to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the two teaching methods.The results show that the theoretical and practical skills of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the application of CBL teaching method based on wechat platform to the standardized training of nuclear medicine residents has obviously improved the theoretical and practical abilities of residents and provided new ideas for the standardized training of residents.
