摘要
“面子”是一个很重要的社会控制方法,在乡村治理中具有积极的功能。乡村干部可以通过日常生产生活的互惠以及提高个人社会地位和威望的方式,获得“给予”和“亏欠”所形成的“社区性货币”,以此积攒“面子”。在乡村治理过程中,他们可以发挥“面子”能够自律个人行为,影响个人行为取向和形成积极行为导向的特点,公平合理地处理乡村纠纷和各种社会关系,从而取得良好的乡村治理效果。
"Prestige"is a very important social control method,which has a positive function in rural governance.Rural cadres can obtain the"community currency"formed by"giving"and"owing"through the reciprocity of daily production and life and the improvement of personal social status and reputation,so as to accumulate"Prestige".In the process of rural governance,they can exert the characteristics of the"Prestige"to self-discipline personal behavior,influence personal behavior orientation and form positive behavior orientation,and handle rural disputes and various social relations fairly and reasonably,so as to achieve good rural governance results.
