摘要
以高锰酸钾和冰乙酸为原料,采用低温水热法制备了不同形貌的二氧化锰(MnO2)催化剂,并对低浓度甲苯催化氧化性能进行研究。并通过XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附、H2-TPR、O2-TPD等技术对所得催化剂的结构和还原性能进行了表征。表征结果表明,不同水热温度下材料有明显不同的催化活性,其中MnO2-120℃具有最优的催化活性,其催化活性好的主要原因可以归结为其有较低的氧化还原性能、较高浓度的吸附氧物种。
MnO2 catalyst was prepared by low temperature hydrothermal method with KMnO4 and glacial acetic acid as raw materials,and it was used in lean toluene oxidation.The structure and reduction performance of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption measurement,H2-TPR and O2-TPD.The results indicated that the catalyst prepared at different hydrothermal temperatures had significantly different catalytic activities,among which MnO2-120℃had the best catalytic activity.The main reason for its good catalytic activity could be attributed to its oxygen adsorption species with lower oxidation-reduction performance and higher concentration.
