钌催化硫叶立德下内酯类化合物的构建

Ru-catalyzed Synthesis of Lactones From Sulfoxonium Ylides

开发了一种[Ru]催化合成内酯的反应方法,该反应体系以硫叶立德为原料,三氟甲烷磺酸锌及特戊酸为添加剂,无须外加其他导向基团试剂就能高效合成内酯类化合物。该策略通过钌(Ⅱ)催化的C—H活化过程实现了弱配位硫叶立德的自身偶联,为获得具有良好官能团耐受性的3-取代异香豆素类化合物提供了一种高效、方便、步骤简捷的合成方法。

The method of Ru-catalyzed synthesis of lactones was developed by using sulfoxonium ylides as raw material,Zn(OTf)2 and PivOH as the additives,without other directing groups reagent.Homocoupling of weakly coordinating sulfoxonium ylides was accomplished via ruthenium(Ⅱ)catalyzed C—H activation process.It provides an efficient,convenient and simple method for obtaining 3-substituted isocoumarins with good functional group tolerance.
