摘要
铝电解电容器被广泛应用于生活的各个领域,其核心组件是电容箔。电容箔的生产过程产生了大量废酸,通过纳滤技术对铝箔废酸中的磷酸回收。在压力为3.5 MPa、流速为6 L·min^-1的条件下,实验发现透液的通量随着料液的浓缩不断下降,从最初的38.43L·m^-2·h^-1变化为1.86L·m^-2·h^-1;透液中Al3+的截留率可达到99%,近似为纯的磷酸,可再次回用到电容箔的初级处理过程中。
Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are widely used in various fields of life.The core component is capacitor foil.A large amount of waste phosphoric acid was produced when the capacitor foil was in the production process.At the pressure of 3.5 MPa and the flow rate of 6 L·min^-1,the phosphoric acid in the waste acid of aluminum foil was recovered by nanofiltration technology.The experimental results showed that the flux of permeate decreased continuously with the concentration of the feed liquid,which changed from the initial 38.43 L·m^-2·h^-1 to 1.86 L·m^-2·h^-1;the rejection rate of Al3+in the permeate reached 99%,which was almost pure.The phosphoric acid recycled from waste acid can be reused in the primary process of capacitor foil.
