摘要
随着我国能源需求的不断增加,越来越多的老旧海洋平台急需进行升级改造,以满足继续生产的要求。为减少改造时由于停产带来的损失,以某涉外项目海洋平台改造项目中火炬系统为例,探析带压开孔技术在海洋平台改造项目中的可行性应用。带压开孔技术是陆地石油化工装置中经常用到的一项重要技术。但由于海洋平台改造的特殊地理环境以及局限性,该技术在海洋平台的改造中鲜为人知。该技术可靠与否,是否可以运用到实际项目中,直接关系到整个平台的安全运行。
With the increasing energy demand in China,more and more old offshore platforms need to be upgraded to meet the requirements of continuous production.In order to reduce the loss caused by shutdown,taking the flare system of a foreign-related project as an example,the feasibility application of hot tapping technology in the offshore platform reconstruction project was explored.The hot tapping technology is an important technology often used in onshore petrochemical plants.However,due to the special geographical environment and limitations of offshore platform transformation,this technology is rarely used in the transformation of offshore platform.Whether the technology is reliable or not and whether it can be applied to the actual project is directly related to the safe operation of the whole platform.
