稀释剂污染物沉积对淤浆法聚乙烯装置的影响

摘要 研究了淤浆法高密度聚乙烯装置在生产过程中遇到的工艺波动对装置长周期平稳运行和产品质量的影响,主要阐述了稀释剂污染物沉积对淤浆法高密度聚乙烯生产工艺造成的反应异常、氢调敏感性差、产品质量难以把控等现象,并提出相应的预防措施。 The effect of process fluctuations encountered in the production process of the slurry process HDPE plant on the long-term stable operation of the plant and product quality was studied.The abnormal phenomena caused by the deposition of diluent pollutants in the slurry process HDPE production process were explained,such as the abnormal reaction,the poor sensitivity to hydrogen regulation and the difficulty of product quality control,and corresponding prevention measures were put forward.
