摘要
为了探讨植物生长调节剂对粤椹大10桑树枝条扦插生根的影响,选用ABT 1号生根粉、IBA、NAA各配制成100、150、200 mg/L 3种浓度,以清水为对照,浸泡木质化枝条4 h,以河沙、河沙蛭石、黄心土为基质分别进行了3次扦插试验。结果表明:IBA以200 mg/L处理效果最好,平均生根数量达6.69条,根系平均长度8.65 mm,根系平均直径达到0.62 mm,平均成活率81.33%;NAA以100 mg/L处理效果最好,平均生根数量达5.50条,根系平均长度为7.12 mm,根系平均直径达0.60 mm,平均成活率65.38%;ABT 1号以200 mg/L处理效果最好,平均生根数量为2.10条,根系平均长度4.53 mm,根系平均直径0.45 mm,平均成活率44.96%。3种植物生长调节剂之间比较,IBA处理效果优于NAA处理,NAA处理效果优于ABT 1号生根粉处理。多因素影响下的扦插最优条件组合,有待今后进一步开展研究。
In order to study the effects of plant growth regulators on rooting of Yueshenda 10 mulberry cuttings,ABT 1 rooting powder,IBA,NAA were prepared into 100 mg/L,150 mg/L and 200 mg/L three concentration,take water as control,the lignified branches were soaked in the solutions for 4 hours.Three rooting experiments were carried out by taking river sand,river sand+vermiculite,yellow heart soil as matrix.The results showed that the best IBA treatment was 200 mg/L,the average root number was 6.69,the average root length was 8.65 mm,the average root diameter was 0.62 mm,and the average survival rate was 81.33%;the best NAA treatment was 100 mg/L,the average rooting number was 5.50,the average root length was 7.12 mm,the average root diameter was 0.60 mm,and the average survival rate was 65.38%;the best ABT1 rooting powder treatment was 200 mg/L,the average rooting number was 2.10,the average root length was 4.53 mm,the average root diameter was 0.45 mm,and the average survival rate was 44.96%.Among the three plant growth regulators,IBA treatment was better than NAA treatment,NAA treatment was better than ABT1 rooting powder treatment.The optimal combination of cutting under the influence of multiple factors needs to be further studied in the future.
