我国语音技术出现较早,应用领域比较广泛,伴随计算机网络技术的发展,语音技术得到了更先进的技术平台支持,其实现的价值与功能也更多。在防汛应急工作中,计算机网络语音技术凭借其强大的抗干扰能力,大幅度提升了汛情报告的速度与效率,为防汛应急通信系统价值的实现奠定基础。文章结合笔者多年的研究实践,探讨了计算机网络语音技术在防汛应急通信系统中的实践应用,以供参考。

In China,voice technology appears earlier and has a wide range of applications.With the development of computer network technology,voice technology has been supported by more advanced technology platform,and its realization value and function are more.In the flood prevention and emergency work,the computer network voice technology,with its powerful anti-interference ability,greatly improves the speed and efficiency of flood situation reporting,and lays a foundation for the realization of the value of flood prevention emergency communication system.This paper discusses the application of computer network voice technology in flood control emergency communication system for reference.
