摘要 浙江仙居抽水蓄能电站安装4台单机容量为375 MW的混流可逆式水轮发电机组,是目前我国抽水蓄能行业第一个完全采用国产化设计、制造和建设管理的单机容量最大的抽水蓄能机组,是抽水蓄能机组国产化发展过程中的一个重要里程碑。该电站水泵水轮机设备由哈尔滨电机厂制造,导轴承采用稀油润滑分块瓦结构,主轴密封采用径向弹簧式结构等。本文详细介绍了浙江仙居抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮机的性能与结构特点。 Zhejiang Xianju Pumped Storage Power Station,equipped with four mixed-flow reversible hydroelectric generating units with a single unit capacity of 375MW,is the first pumped storage unit with the largest single unit capacity of pumped storage industry in China,which completely adopts domestic design,manufacture and construction management.It is an important milestone in the development of pumped storage units in the process of localization.The pump turbine equipment of the power station is manufactured by Harbin Electric Machinery Factory,the guide bearing adopts thin oil lubricated block tile structure,and the spindle seal adopts radial spring structure and so on.In this paper,the performance and structural characteristics of pump turbine in Zhejiang Xianju Pumped Storage Power Station are introduced in detail.
