摘要
分析了电网频率变动期间,抽水蓄能机组转动惯量对功率的影响,通过设置转动惯量补偿功率,有效保证一次调频时机组功率的及时输出,达到优化抽水蓄能机组一次调频功能,一定程度上保障了电网的安全。
Analyzed the influence of the moment of inertia of the pumped storage unit on the power during a frequency change of the power grid,by setting the moment of inertia compensation power,the timely output of the unit power during the primary frequency regulation is effectively guaranteed to optimize the primary frequency regulation function of the pumped storage unit,which ensures the safety of the power grid to a certain extent.
