神经节苷脂与依达拉奉治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果及对患者神经功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Ganglioside and Edaravone in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage and Its Influence on Patients'Neurological Function

目的针对高血压脑出血患者治疗中的神经节苷脂与依达拉奉治疗效果分析,并探讨药物治疗对患者神经功能影响。方法选取112例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机抽样法分为临床组和参照组,每组56例。对比患者临床疗效、神经功能缺损指标、治疗满意度。结果临床组患者临床疗效、神经功能缺损指标、治疗满意度明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者在神经节苷脂和依达拉奉治疗下临床疗效显著,改善神经功能缺损,提高治疗满意度。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of gangliosides and edaravone in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and to explore the effect of drug treatment on patients'neurological function.Methods A total of 112 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected as the research object,and they were divided into clinical group and reference group by computer random sampling method,each with 56 cases.Compare patients'clinical efficacy,neurological deficit indexes,and treatment satisfaction.Results The clinical effect,neurological deficit index and treatment satisfaction in the clinical group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage have significant clinical efficacy under the treatment of ganglioside and edaravone,improve neurological deficits and improve treatment satisfaction.
