布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol Inhalation on Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法68例于2018年1月至2019年5月在丹东市妇女儿童医院接受治疗的小儿支气管肺炎患儿作为本次研究的研究对象,根据随机数字表法,将68例患儿分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34),两组患儿均予以平喘、抗病毒、抗感染等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加以布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加以0.9%的氯化钠液雾化吸入,对比分析两组患儿的症状消失时间,同时比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿的干湿啰音消失时间(4.02±1.13)d、气促消失时间(1.74±1.06)d、咳嗽消失时间(4.37±1.16)d、体温恢复正常时间(2.39±1.08)d,均明显短于对照组(6.86±1.77)d、(3.43±1.45)d、(7.19±1.68)d、(4.28±1.19)d,均P<0.05。观察组总有效率为94.12%(32/34),对照组总有效率为82.35%(28/34),两组比较,P<0.05。结论在小儿支气管肺炎患儿中采用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,起效迅速,疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods Sixty-eight children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table method,68 children were divided into observation groups(n=34)and control group(n=34),both groups were treated with antiasthmatic,antiviral,anti-infective and other conventional treatments.The observation group was treated with budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment,on the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given 0.9%sodium chloride solution atomization inhalation,and the symptom disappearance time of the two groups was compared and analyzed.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of dry and wet sputum in the observation group(4.02±1.13)d,the time of disappearance of air loss(1.74±1.06)d,cough disappearance time(4.37±1.16)d and the normal temperature recovery time(2.39±1.08)d were significantly shorter than the control group(6.86±1.77)d,(3.43±1.45)d,(7.19±1.68)d,(4.28±1.19)d,all P<0.05.The total effective rate was 94.12%(32/34)in the observation group and 82.35%(28/34)in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In children with bronchial pneumonia,budesonide combined with salbutamol nebulized inhalation treatment has rapid onset and definite curative effect.
