血液检验红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用

Application of Blood Test Red Blood Cell Parameters in Differential Diagnosis of Anemia

目的研究血液检验红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断的应用。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的缺铁性贫血患者150例作为研究对象,设为观察组,同时选择一般资料无明显差异的150例健康体检志愿者作为对照组参与对照研究,对比两组研究对象的血液检验红细胞参数。结果观察组患者RBC、HB、HCT、MCV、MCH指标分别为(6.45±0.14)×10^12/L、(101.25±0.62)g/L、(54.63±1.25)%、(72.65±1.54)fL和(21.25±0.31)pg/L,且缺铁性贫血患者体内红细胞体积平均分布宽度较高,与对照组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论血液检验中,红细胞参数对于判定患者贫血症状有着较为显著的影响。

Objective To study the application of blood test red blood cell parameters in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with iron deficiency anemia admitted to our hospital From January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research obiects and setas the observation group.At the same time,150 healthy volunteers with no significant difference in general data were selected as the control group to participate in the control study.The blood tests red blood cell parameters of the two groups were compared.Results The indexes of RBC,HB,HCT,MCV and MCH in the observation group were(6.45±0.14)×10^12/L,(101.25±0.62)g/L,(54.63±1.25)%,(72.65±1.54)fL,and(21.25±0.31)pg/L,and the distribution of red blood cell volume in patients with iron deficiency anemia was higher,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the blood test,the red blood cell parameters have a significant influence on the determination of anemia symptoms.
