摘要
目的探讨分析不同采血方法进行血常规检验中的应用效果及价值。方法将2017年1月至2019年4月入院接受血常规检验的患者作为此次研究选择的目标对象,随机选择其中200例作为研究对象,其中100例采取静脉采血的患者设为观察组。将另100例采取末梢血采集的患者设为对照组。对两组检验结果进行比较。结果观察组白细胞计数(WBC)为(5.81±0.22)×10^9/L、红细胞计数(RBC)为(3.78±0.24)×10^12/L、血小板计数(PLT)为(228.93±18.49)×10^9/L、血红蛋白(Hb)为(130.68±2.93)g/L均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)两组间比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论与末梢血采集相比,在为患者进行血常规检验时进行静脉采血效果更佳,可促使血常规检测结果更为客观准确,可为疾病诊断提供有效依据,临床应用价值更为显著。
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect and value of different blood sampling methods in blood routine examination.Methods Patients admitted to hospital for blood routine examination from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the target object of this study,200 of them were randomly selected as the research object,and 100 of them were selected as observation group.Another 100 patients with peripheral blood collection were set as control group.The test results of the two groups were compared.Results The white blood cell count(WBC)of the observation group was(5.81±0.22)×10^9/L,the red blood cell count(RBC)was(3.78±0.24)×10^12/L,and the platelet count(PLT)was(228.93±18.49)×10^9/L,the hemoglobin(Hb)of(130.68±2.93)g/L was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The average red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),the average red blood cell hemoglobin content(MCH),and the average red blood cell volume(MCV)were between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with peripheral blood collection,venous blood collection is more effective in blood routine examination for patients,which can promote more objective and accurate blood routine examination results,provide effective basis for disease diagnosis,and has more significant clinical application value.
