妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平与孕前体质量指数的相关性分析

Correlation between Blood Glucose Level and Body Mass Index Before Pregnancy in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平与孕前体质量指数的相关性。方法选取2018年3月至2020年5月的150例围生期孕产妇,孕26周口服葡萄糖耐量试验,记录空腹血糖水平、餐后1 h、2 h血糖水平。根据患者孕前体质量指数分组,分析血糖指标差异及孕前体质量、孕中期体质量增长与患者血糖水平的相关性。结果不同体质量组别空腹血糖水平存在差异(P<0.05),体质量指数越高,血糖水平明显升高(P<0.05)。餐后1 h血糖水平与孕前体质量指数不相关,空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平与孕前体质量指数呈正相关(P<0.05)。空腹、餐后1 h、2 h血糖水平与妊娠糖尿病患者孕中期体质量增长无相关性(P>0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者孕前体质量对其空腹血糖水平以及餐后2 h血糖水平有影响,孕中期体质量增长与其相关性不大,控制孕前体质量指数能有效防治妊娠期糖尿病。

Objective To explore the correlation between blood glucose level and pre pregnancy body mass index in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Method One hundred and fifty cases of perinatal pregnant women from March 2018 to May 2020 were selected.Oral glucose tolerance test was conducted at 26 weeks of gestation.Fasting blood glucose level,postprandial 1 h and 2 h blood glucose levels were recorded.According to the body mass index before pregnancy,the differences of blood glucose indexes and the correlation between the weight gain before pregnancy and the weight gain in the second trimester and the blood glucose level were analyzed.Result There were differences in fasting blood glucose levels among different weight groups(P<0.05).The higher the BMI,the higher the blood glucose level was(P<0.05).There was no correlation between 1 hour postprandial blood glucose level and pre pregnancy body mass index.Fasting blood glucose level and postprandial 2 hour blood glucose level were positively correlated with pre pregnancy body mass index(P<0.05).Fasting,1 hour,2 hours postprandial blood glucose levels had no correlation with gestational diabetes mellitus(P>0.05).Conclusion The body weight before pregnancy has an effect on fasting blood glucose level and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose level in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.There is no significant correlation between the weight gain in the second trimester and the body mass index before pregnancy can effectively prevent and treat gestational diabetes mellitus.
