萆薢渗湿汤联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性湿疹的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Eczema with Bixieshenshi Wet Decoction Combined with Runzaozhiyang Capsule

目的探讨萆薢渗湿汤联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选择营口市中医院皮肤科2018年1月至2019年6月诊治的湿热型慢性湿疹患者112例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各56例。对照组患者采用润燥止痒胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用萆薢渗湿汤联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗,采用EASI评分法对治疗前后两组患者的皮损面积及严重程度进行评价,同时采用视觉模拟尺度评分法(VAS评分)对治疗前后两组患者的瘙痒症状进行评价,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者EASI评分、VAS评分无统计学差异,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组与对照组EASI评分比较为[(5.32±1.31)分vs.(10.78±3.04)分]、VAS评分比较为[(1.02±0.43)分vs.(2.84±0.87)分],结果显示,观察组EASI评分、VAS评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组总有效率为94.64%(53/56),对照组总有效率为82.14%(46/56),两组比较,P<0.05。结论采用萆薢渗湿汤联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗湿热型慢性湿疹,有助于改善患者皮损面积、程度及疾病症状情况,整体上提升患者疾病治疗预后效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of bixieshenshi decoction combined with runzaozhiyang capsule in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods A total of 112 patients with damp heat chronic eczema who were diagnosed and treated from January 2018 to June 2019 in the Department of Dermatology,Yingkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were selected according to the random number table method and divided into observation group and control group,each with 56 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with runzaozhiyang capsules,and patients in the observation group were treated with bixieshenshi decoction combined with runzaozhiyang capsules.The EASI score method was used to evaluate the area and severity of the skin lesions of the two groups before and after treatment.The simulated scale scoring method(VAS score)evaluates the pruritus symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and compares the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients in EASI score and VAS score,P>0.05;after treatment,the EASI score of the observation group and the control group was[(5.32±1.31)points vs.(10.78±3.04)points],VAS score was[(1.02±0.43)points vs.(2.84±0.87)points],the observation group EASI score and VAS score were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.64%(53/56),and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.14%(46/56).Comparison between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of chronic eczema of damp-heat type with the combination of bixieshenshi decoction and runzaozhiyang capsule can help improve the area,degree and symptoms of the patient's skin lesions,and improve the overall prognosis of the patient's disease treatment.
