摘要
目的探讨中药熏洗坐浴改善肛肠科常规术后疼痛水肿的应用价值。方法选择170例肛肠科常规术后疼痛水肿患者,参照组采用高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,研究组采用中药熏洗坐浴方法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗有效率97.65%优于参照组85.88%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的疼痛水肿评分均低于治疗前,且研究组患者改善情况优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者出现皮肤瘙痒、灼烧感、出血、疼痛、水肿情况低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗满意率98.82%高于参照组82.35%(P<0.05)。结论对肛肠科常规术后出现疼痛与水肿患者实施中药熏洗坐浴治疗即可快速改善机体不良反应,还可控制其他并发症的发生,促进机体康复,保证整体治疗效果。
Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitz bath in improving pain and edema after routine anorectal surgery.Methods 170 patients with pain and edema after routine anorectal surgery were selected.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate sitz bath.The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitz bath.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The effective rate of study group(97.65%)was higher than that of the control group(85.88%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain and edema score of patients in both groups was lower than that before treatment,but the improvement of patients in the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of complications,itchy skin,burning sensation,bleeding,pain and edema in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate of patients in the two groups was 98.82%higher than that in the control group(82.35%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitz bath for patients with pain and edema after routine anorectal surgery can quickly improve the adverse reactions of the body,control the occurrence of other complications,promote the recovery of the body and ensure the overall therapeutic effect.
