腹腔镜保胆取石治疗胆囊结石的围手术期护理分析

Perioperative Nursing Analysis of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Cholelithiasis

目的分析腹腔镜保胆取石治疗胆囊结石的围手术期护理效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月本院接治的胆囊结石患者120作为研究对象,采取抽签方式将120例患者分为常规组60例与研究组60例,常规组行常规护理干预,研究组行围手术期护理干预。护理后,对比两组患者的护理成效。结果研究组住院时间、排气时间显著少于常规组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);研究组的镇痛药物应用率、并发症发生率、生活质量评分显著优于常规组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对于进行腹腔镜保胆取石治疗的胆囊结石患者,在其围手术期进行有效的护理干预,能有效促进患者的疾病康复,提高患者生活质量,临床价值可广泛推崇使用。

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing effect of laparoscopic choledocholithotomy for cholecystolithiasis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cholecystolithiasis treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research object.One hundred and twenty patients were divided into conventional group(n=60)and study group(n=60)by drawing lots.The routine group received routine nursing intervention while the study group received perioperative nursing intervention.After nursing,the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The hospitalization time and exhaust time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The application rate of analgesic drugs,incidence rate of complications and quality of life scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the difference had statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention during the perioperative period for patients with gallbladder stone treated by laparoscopic choledocholithotomy can effectively promote the disease rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.Its clinical value can be widely respected.
