2型糖尿病合并耐药肺结核患者的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus complicated with Drug-resistant Tuberculosis

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并耐药肺结核患者的护理效果。方法以本院2017年5月至2019年5月收治的2型糖尿病合并耐药肺结核患者50例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,分别采用常规护理和综合性护理。比较两组患者的护理效果及其相关指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的血糖控制总理想率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者对疾病相关健康知识知晓程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的总满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病合并耐药肺结核患者的临床护理中采用综合性护理干预措施能够有效提高治疗效果,控制血糖水平,增强患者对疾病相关健康知识的知晓程度,增加患者对护理的满意程度。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of patients with type 2 diabetes and drug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes and drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,and they were treated with conventional and comprehensive care.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients and related indicators.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than the 68.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total ideal rate of blood sugar control in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the patients in the observation group had significantly higher awareness of disease-related health knowledge than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group with nursing care was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than the 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions in the clinical care of patients with type 2 diabetes and drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the treatment effect,control the blood sugar level,enhance the patient's awareness of disease-related health knowledge,and increase the patient's satisfaction with the care.
