Prevention and Nursing Measures of Adverse Reactions of Iodine Contrast Agent in CT Enhanced Scanning

目的探讨CT增强扫描碘对比剂不良反应的预防及护理措施。方法对2016年5月至2017年5月来我院就诊行碘对比剂CT增强扫描的286例患者的资料进行分析,按照计算机产生的随机数,将患者分为观察组和常规组,其中观察组给予常规护理,观察组除给予常规护理外,给予优质护理。观察两组CT增强扫描患者发生碘对比剂不良反应的情况。结果观察组碘对比剂的各不良反应的发生率及总不良反应发生率(1.40%)明显优于常规组碘对比剂的各不良反应的发生率及总不良反应发生率(9.10%),差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=8.513,P<0.05)。结论积极的预防及护理干预措施能有效的降低患者行CT增强扫描时碘对比剂不良反应的发生率,提高患者做检查时的安全性,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the preventive and nursing measures of adverse reactions of iodine contrast agent in enhanced CT scanning.Methods The data of 286 patients who underwent enhanced CT scan with iodine contrast agent in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were analyzed.According to the random number generated by computer,the patients were divided into observation group and routine group.The routine group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing in addition to routine nursing The adverse reactions of iodine contrast media were observed in two groups of patients with enhanced CT scan.Results The incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of adverse reactions(1.40%)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group of iodine contrast agents and the incidence of adverse reactions(9.10%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.513,P<0.05).Conclusion Active prevention and nursing intervention measures can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of iodine contrast media in patients undergoing CT-enhanced scanning,and improve the safety of patients during examination,which is worthy of clinical application.
