系统心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后的干预效果

Effect of Systematic Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的研究分析系统心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)后的效果。方法抽选行PCI术后的82例AMI患者,按随机模式将其均分为对照、观察两组各41例,对照组患者接受常规术后护理,观察组则在接受常规护理基础上给予系统心脏康复护理干预,观察两组患者5个月后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及SF-36量表变化以及术后并发症情况。结果在术后5个月观察组LVEF、SF-36量表均高于对照组,SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率观察组为7.32%,远低于对照组的31.71%(P<0.05)。结论对行PCI治疗后AMI患者采用系统心脏康复护理干预,可以改善患者心功能,减少并发症发生,有效缓解不良情绪,提升生活质量。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of systematic cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Eighty-two patients with AMI who underwent PCI after operation were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 41 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine postoperative care,and the observation group was given on the basis of routine care systematic cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention was used to observe changes in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Seif-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,SF-36 scale,and postoperative complications after 5 months.Results At 5 months after operation,the LVEF and SAS scores and SF-36 scales were higher in the observation group than in the control group;the SAS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.32%,much lower than that in the control group(31.71%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with AMI after PCI treatment can improve patients'cardiac function,reduce the occurrence of complications,effectively relieve adverse emotions,and improve the quality of life.
