摘要 火电厂的锅炉汽水管道分布比较广,而且比较复杂,对于锅炉的安全运行具有重要的作用。在实际的运行中,由于受到管道振动影响,有可能会引发锅炉泄露,甚至会引起锅炉爆炸等故障,威胁火电厂的正常运行,导致企业遭受经济损失。采取有效的防振措施,对于电厂的稳定运行具有重要的意义。该文分析了火电厂汽水管道产生振动的原因,结合实际工作经验,给出了解决汽水管道振动的解决对策。 The boi ler steam and water pipel ines of therma l power plants are widely distr ibuted and complicated,which play an important role in the safe operation of boilers.In actual operation,due to the impact of pipeline vibration,it may cause boiler leakage,and even cause boiler explosion and other faults,threatening the normal operation of thermal power plants and causing economic losses to the enterprise.Taking effective anti-vibration measures to avoid the vibration of the steam and water pipeline is of great signif icance to the stable operation of the power plant.The article analyzes the reasons for the vibration of steam and water pipelines in thermal power plants,and combines actual work experience to give solutions to solve the vibration of steam and water pipelines for reference.
