培养高等教育人才可促使学生获得专业知识、技能,并形成良好的职业道德,该文对高等教育实践教学及其实施的重要性分析后,对高等教育实践教学中进行职业道德教育的意义加以研究,主要的目的是为明确为何要在高等教育实践教学中进行职业道德教育,然后有针对性地进行职业道德教育,充分发挥出其在高等教育实践教学职工的作用。

Cultivating talents in higher education can promote students to acquire professional knowledge and skills,and form good professional ethics.This paper analyzes the importance of higher education practice teaching and its implementation,and studies the significance of professional ethics education in higher education practice teaching.The main purpose is to clarify why professional ethics education should be carried out in higher education practice teaching.Then,the professional ethics education should be targeted to give full play to its role in higher education practice teaching staff.
