基于生产性实训基地的医学检验技术专业实践教学评价体系的构建

Construction of Practice Teaching Evaluation System of Medical Laboratory Technology Specialty Based on Productive Training Base

目前,我国医学检验技术专业教学正在不断改革和完善,为满足产教融合背景下对检验专业人才的需求,笔者学校进行深度产教融合,建成生产性实训基地,在此基础上进行实践教学改革,创建新的实践教学体系和实践教学的评价体系。该文描述了笔者学校生产性实训基地的建设情况,构建了基于生产性实训基地的实践教学评价体系,进一步提升了医学检验技术专业教学水平和教学质量,从而培养适合当今市场发展需求的高素质、高技能应用性人才。

At present,the teaching of medical laboratory technology in my country is constantly being reformed and improved.In order to meet the demand for professional talents in the context of industry-education integration,our school has conducted in-depth industry-education integration,built a productive training base,and established a new professional practice teaching system.This article describes the construction of the productive training base in our school and builds a practical teaching evaluation system based on the productive training base.The evaluation system further improves the teaching level and teaching quality of medical laboratory technology majors,thereby cultivating high-quality,high-skilled and applicable talents suitable for the needs of today’s market development.
