智能制造视阈下耐火材料行业ERP系统优化研究——以“瑞泰马钢”为例

Research on ERP System Optimization of Refractory Industry from the Perspective of Intelligent Manufacturing--A Case Study of Ruitai Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.

ERP自二十世纪末开始广泛应用于中国大陆的耐火材料制造行业中,该系统为企业提供强有力的工具进行全流程管理,有效提升企业在生产制造,营销销售以及内部管理等方面的效率。在经济全球化和工业4.0的双源驱动背景下,传统制造业迎来转型升级的新机遇,原有的ERP系统已无法契合企业深层次数据信息化和生产智能化的新需求。文章以智能制造为背景,从传统ERP系统在耐火材料行业中的应用为切入点,以成功实现优化的“瑞泰马钢”为例,分析升级路径,对经验进行总结,为其他耐火材料行业ERP系统优化提供理论依据和案例借鉴。

ERP has been widely used in Chinese mainland's refractory manufacturing industry since the end of the 20th century.The system provides enterprises with powerful tools for full process management and effectively improves the efficiency of manufacturing,marketing and internal management.Under the background of economic globalization and the dual-source drive of Industry 4.0,the traditional manufacturing industry has ushered in a new opportunity of transformation and upgrading,and the original ERP system has been unable to meet the new needs of deep-seated data informatization and production intelligence of enterprises.Based on the background of intelligent manufacturing,this paper starts from the application of traditional ERP system in refractory industry,and takes Ruitai Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as an example to analyze the upgrade path and summarize the experience,so as to provide theoretical basis and case reference for the optimization of ERP system in other refractory industry.
