智慧化、综合型、开放式服务区的建设为城市的TOD(Transit Oriented Development)发展模式增加了新思路、新选择,可以探索以高速服务区为中心,建立集合工作、商业、文化、教育、居住为一体的综合社区,创新“社区+服务区”的有机协调模式。

The construction of intelligent,comprehensive and open expressway service area has brought new ideas and new choices to the TOD(Transit Oriented Development)mode of the city.This paper is intended to explore the establishment of an urban area integrating work,commerce,culture,education and residence around expressway service area,so as to realize the organic coordination mode of"Service Area plus Community".
