Safety Accident Prevention of Fire Operation in Oil Depot

针对油库用火作业危险性较高,一旦发生安全事故,会造成巨大的经济损失和社会影响。结合近年来在油库施工监管过程中,剖析油库用火作业过程,介绍了用火作业计划,理顺用火作业程序,规范用火前期准备,细化监护过程管理,注重用火作业收尾等措施,意在促使相关人员获得进一步信息和培训,预防油库用火作业安全事故。

In view of the high risk of fire operation in oil depots,once a safety accident occurs,it will cause huge economic losses and social impact.Based on the process of oil depot construction supervision in recent years,this paper analyzes the fire operation process of oil depot,and introduces the fire operation plan,clarifies the fire operation procedure,standardizes the pre-fire preparation,refines the monitoring process management,and pays attention to the end of fire operation.It is intended to promote the relevant personnel to obtain further information and training so as to prevent safety accidents of fire operation in oil depots.
