摘要
随着我国集团型企业的不断发展壮大,其业务跨度广泛,组织结构复杂,同时随着公司股权结构的多元化,公司人力资源管控模式也随之出现多元化、个性化的改变。为满足集团型企业人力资源管控的需要,同时又为其投资控股的企业提供个性化的人力资源管理信息化支撑,文章研究探索借助面向多租户的、多层次、可伸缩的SaaS软件架构和工作流而设计的人力资源管理系统。主要功能包括组织机构管理、人员信息管理、绩效考核、薪酬管理等功能,致力于以较低的成本在集团企业的范围内为其成员企业快速搭建相对独立人力资源管理系统,在满足集团人力资源管控要求的前提下为企业提供一定的个性化服务,切实满足企业人力资源管理工作的实际需求。
With the continuous development and growth of group enterprises in China,their business span is wider,and their organizational structure is more complex;meanwhile,with the diversification of the company's ownership structure,the company's human resource management and control mode has also undergone diversified and personalized changes.In order to meet the needs of human resources management and control of group enterprises,and provide personalized information support for human resources management for their investment holding enterprises,this paper studies and explores the human resources management system designed with the help of multi-tenant,multi-level and scalable SaaS software architecture and workflow.The main functions include organizational management,personnel information management,performance appraisal,salary management and other functions,which are committed to quickly build a relatively independent human resource management system for its member enterprises within the scope of the group enterprise at a lower cost,to provide certain personalized services for enterprises on the premise of meeting the requirements of group human resources management,and effectively meet the actual needs of enterprise human resources management.
