摘要
为了应对新形势下对轨道交通安全建设提出的挑战,以创新安全管理模式为目标,引入多元化信息作为技术手段,建立轨道交通建设风险集成管理模式及管理平台。从事故特征分析为出发点,以上海轨道交通建设风险管理为例,明确轨道交通建设中的基坑工程、盾构工程、冻结工程为主要风险管控对象,划分风险等级,构建轨道交通风险集成管理体系,同时以多种信息化技术作为管控工具,进行多源数据融合。既丰富了轨道交通建设管理模式也为未来各地轨道交通发展趋势提供了参考指南。
In order to meet the challenges of rail transit safety construction under the new situation,the risk integrated management model and management platform for rail transit construction are established,aiming at innovating safety management model and introducing diversified information as technical means.Based on the analysis of accident characteristics,taking Shanghai's rail transit construction risk management as an example,this paper clarifies that foundation pit engineering,shield engineering and freezing engineering in rail transit construction are the main risk control objects,divides risk levels,constructs integrated risk management system for rail transit,and introduces various information technology as the management and control tool,and carries out multi-source data fusion.All this not only enriches the management mode of rail transit construction,but also provides a reference guide for the development trend of rail transit in the future.
