摘要
针对当前冷藏集装箱普遍采用电热除霜技术,导致运输出现能耗大、成本高、温度波动大等问题,通过分析冷藏集装箱实际运营环境及要求,筛选出4种除霜技术,依据技术自身特点构建了3种除霜方案,并对方案进行比对分析。结果表明:3种方案都具可行性。从综合性能来看,超声波+电热除霜方案最优,热气融霜方案则优于空气能+电热除霜方案。
In view of the electric defrosting technology commonly adopted for refrigerated containers at present, resulting to the high energy consumption, high cost and large temperature fluctuations in refrigerated container transportation, the three defrosting technologies were screened, according to analyze the actual operating environment and requirements of refrigerated container. Then, basing on the characteristics of the screened technologies, three defrosting schemes were constructed. Finally, the schemes were compared and analyzed in this paper. The results showed that three schemes were feasible. The ultrasonic + electric defrosting scheme was the best from the perspective of overall performance, and the hot gas defrosting scheme was better than the air energy + electric defrosting scheme.
