摘要
在自编的对于改造锅炉水动力计算软件(2020SR0330144)的基础上,利用控制变量数值模拟分析的方法,分析了燃烧器改造对于锅炉水循环计算的影响,及有无自补偿能力对于锅炉燃烧器改造的反应程度。结果表明:锅炉改造最主要的影响在于对含汽率的影响;有自补偿能力的锅炉对于锅炉改造的适应能力更强。
Based on the self-made software for calculating the hydrodynamic calculation of the boiler, the method of numerical simulation analysis of the control variables is used to analyze the influence of the burner modification on the calculation of the boiler water cycle, and the ability of self-compensation for the boiler burner modification level of reaction. The results show that the most important impact of boiler transformation is the effect on the steam content;boilers with self-compensation ability are more adaptable to boiler transformation.
