摘要
常减压装置减压塔塔顶真空度对减压炉负荷起到至关重要的作用,综述了蒸汽抽真空系统、蒸汽+机械组合抽真空系统、机械抽真空系统以及液体抽真空系统的工作原理、应用实例及优缺点,并对未来减顶抽真空系统节能技术的发展进行了展望。
The vacuum at the top of the vacuum tower of the atmospheric and vacuum unit plays a vital role in the load of the vacuum furnace. This article reviews the steam vacuum system, steam + mechanical combined vacuum system, mechanical vacuum system and liquid vacuum system, the working principle, application examples, advantages and disadvantages, and prospects for the future development of energy-saving technology for the top-reducing vacuum system.
