2017-2019年广西猪重要病毒性腹泻病原流行病学调查

Epidemiological Investigation of Major Porcine Viral Diarrhea Pathogens in Guangxi from 2017 to 2019

【目的】为掌握2017-2019年广西重要病毒性腹泻病原的流行情况。【方法】采集来自广西各地病死猪的肠组织和内容物以及腹泻病猪的肛门拭子,应用多重RT-PCR检测猪德尔塔冠状病毒(PDCoV)、猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)和猪轮状病毒(PRoV)。【结果】所检测的1463份样品中,PDCoV、PEDV、TGEV和PRoV的阳性率分别为5.67%(83/1463)、10.12%(148/1463)、1.30%(19/1463)和5.95%(87/1463);2种病原混合感染的阳性率为5.26%(77/1463),3种病原混合感染的阳性率为1.64%(24/1463);其中PDCoV和PEDV的混合感染率最高,达2.32%(34/1463)。【结论】当前广西猪群普遍感染PDCoV、PEDV、TGEV和PRoV等腹泻病毒,并且混合感染严重,应进一步加强病原监测和做好综合防控。

【Objective】For mastering the prevalence of major porcine viral diarrhea pathogens in Guangxi from 2017 to 2019.【Method】The clinical samples of tissues,intestinal contents and anal swabs were col⁃lected from sick and dead pigs from different areas in Guangxi.Porcine deltacoronavirus(PDCoV),porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV)and porcine rotavirus(PRoV)were detected by multiplex RT-PCR.【Result】Among the 1,463 samples tested showed that the positive rates of PDCoV,PEDV,TGEV and PRoV were 5.67%(83/1463),10.12%(148/1463),1.30%(19/1463)and 5.95%(87/1463),respectively;the co-infection rates of two pathogens and three pathogens were 5.26%(77/1463)and 1.64%(24/1463),respectively;and the co-infection rate of PDCoV and PEDV was the highest up to 2.32%(34/1463).【Conclusion】The results indicated that the infection of PDCoV,PEDV,TGEV and PRoV was very common in pig herds in Guangxi province,while mixed infection was se⁃rious.It should be further strengthened for pathogen surveillance and comprehensive prevention and con⁃trol of these viruses.
