2018-2019年广西兽医系统实验室考核主要问题分析

Analysis on the Main issues of Laboratory Evaluation of Guangxi Veterinary System from 2018 to 2019

兽医系统实验室建设是健全重大动物疫病防控体系的重要保障。2018-2019年,通过对广西各市县36家兽医实验室进行续证考核,对34家实验室进行了监督检查。考核结果发现,实验室不同程度的存在设施设备存在缺陷、仪器设备管理不到位、工作人员的管理和培训考核不到位、体系文件不规范不完整、检测工作不够规范、档案管理不到位等问题。根据考核发现的问题进行系统分析,提出促进兽医实验室科学、规范和有效运行的针对性对策,为健全完善兽医系统实验室建设提供参考。

The laboratory construction of veterinary system is an important guarantee to improve the pre⁃vention and control system of major animal epidemic disease.From 2018 to 2019,a total of 36 veterinary laboratories in each city and county of Guangxi were continuously evaluated,and 34 laboratories were su⁃pervised and inspected.The evaluation found that different degrees of issues existing in the laboratories:defects of facilities and equipment,disadvantage management for equipment,unsound assessment for staff management and training,de-normalized system and incomplete documents,unstandardized testing work,shortcomings of file management and other issues.Based on the systematic analysis of the issues found in the evaluation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the scientific,standard⁃ized and effective operation of veterinary laboratory,and provides a reference for perfecting the construc⁃tion of veterinary system laboratory.
