农民合作社开展新时代文明实践的SWOT分析

Analyze on SWOT about the Practice of Civilization for Farmer Cooperatives in the New Era

从新农村建设到乡村振兴,农村新时代文明实践任重道远,以农民合作社开展新时代文明实践模式悄然兴起。文章通过SWOT结合案例进行综合分析,探讨农民合作社开展文明实践模式的前景。结果表明:相比一般的农村新时代文明实践,农民合作社开展新时代文明实践模式具有离实践需求更近、能克服需求信息不对称、农民合作与文明实践相互促进、文明实践活动场所固定、产生范围经济等内部优势特点,并且可利用国家鼓励合作社发展与联合的趋势、各级党组织向合作社派驻干部等外部机会,进一步推动农民合作社开展文明实践模式的发展;但同时农民合作社开展文明实践模式也存在辐射面局限,文明实践资金需加强监督,缺乏高质量高水平合作社志愿者队伍等内部劣势与外部威胁。走出符合当地实际的农民合作社新时代文明实践之路,需因地制宜、精准施策、统筹推进,兼顾各方,方可让农民合作社开展文明实践模式经久不衰,持久发展。

From the construction of new countryside to the revitalization of rural areas,the practice of civi⁃lization of rural areas in the new era has a long way to go,and the practice mode of civilization in the new era is quietly rising with farmer cooperatives.Based on the comprehensive analysis of SWOT cases,this paper discusses the prospect of developing civilized practice model of farmer cooperatives.The results show that:compared with the general practice of civilization of the rural area in the new era,the practice mode of civilization of farmer cooperatives in the new era with the follows internal advantages:more closed to the demand of practice,could overcome the asymmetry of information of demand,promoting the cooper⁃ation of farmers and the practice of civilization for each other,guarantee for the place of civilized practice,yield the scope economy and so on,and can further promote the development of the mode of civilization practice of farmer cooperatives by taking advantages of the tendency of the state to encourage the develop⁃ment and union of cooperatives,the external opportunities of party organizations at all levels to send cad⁃res to cooperatives,while there are limitations in the mode of carrying out civilized practice in farmer coop⁃eratives.The funds of civilized practice need to be supervised,and the internal disadvantages and external threats such as lacking of good quality and high level cooperative volunteer teams.To realize the civilized practice of farmer cooperatives in the new era,it is necessary to take measures according to local condi⁃tions,provide precise advice,coordinate development,and to give consideration to all parties,so that the mode of civilized practice of farmer cooperatives can endure and develop for a long time.
