乡村振兴战略下广西农业职业院校专业人才培养的对策建议

Countermeasures and Suggestions on the Cultivation of Professional Talents in Guangxi Agricultural Vocational Colleges under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

实施乡村振兴需要培养更多农业人才,才能更好服务“三农”事业。文章通过实地调查、查阅文献及访谈等方法,了解广西农业职业院校专业人才培养现状。调查发现广西农业职业院校专业人才培养主要存在着专业设置不够合理、毕业生供给不足、学历天花板效应等问题。提出按产业链设置专业链,扩大办学规模,筹建应用型农学类本科院校等建议,以期为农业专业人才培养提供参考。

The implementation of Rural Revitalization needs to cultivate more agricultural talents in order to better serve the cause of"Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers".Through field investigation,literature review and interview,this paper aims to understand the current situation of professional personnel training in Guangxi agricultural vocational colleges.It is found that there are some issues in the cultivation of pro⁃fessional talents in Guangxi agricultural vocational colleges,such as unreasonable specialty setting,insuf⁃ficient supply of graduates,and the ceiling effect of academic qualifications.Some suggestions are put for⁃ward,such as setting up specialty chain according to industrial chain,expanding the scale of school run⁃ning,and preparing for the construction of application-oriented agricultural undergraduate colleges,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of agricultural professionals.
