摘要
实现乡村振兴,农村基层干部的选拔与任用是关键,农村基层干部队伍素质的高低直接影响到农村经济的发展、社会的和谐稳定以及农村基层政权的巩固。关于农村基层干部胜任力模型的构建,可以从胜任力识别方法、胜任特征要素以及胜任力影响因素三个方面进行分析。未来的研究应使用新方法,应注重胜任力与绩效之间关系、提高胜任力绩效考核的科学性和合理性研究,以及细化绩效管理系统中各环节研究。
As an important part of the cadre team,the rural grassroots cadres are the key to realize the Ru⁃ral Revitalization.Their quality directly affects the development of rural economy,social harmony and sta⁃bility,and the consolidation of rural grassroots political power.On the construction of competency model for rural grassroots cadres,it can be analyzed from three aspects:competency identification method,com⁃petency elements and competency influencing factors.The future research should use new methods,pay at⁃tention to the relationship between competence and performance,improve the scientific and reasonable re⁃search of competency performance appraisal,and refine the research of each link in the performance man⁃agement system.
