摘要
维生素D属于脂溶性维生素的一种,主要包括维生素D2和维生素D3,它们在人体肝脏中转化为25-羟基维生素D2和25-羟基维生素D,总称为25-羟基维生素D。25-羟基维生素D是维生素D的主要循环形式,也是衡量维生素D营养状态的最佳指标。25-羟基维生素D是人体必须的脂溶性维生素,不仅影响钙磷代谢,而且具有广泛的生理作用,是维持人体健康、细胞生长和发育的必不可少的物质,与很多疾病的发生密切相关,因此检测25-羟基维生素D水平对维生素D的个体化补充具有重要的意义,可以有效预防维生素D不足或者缺乏。本文综述了我国25-羟基维生素D的检测方法和原理及其研究进展,并分析了各个检测方法的优点和不足,以期对临床诊断提供参考依据。
Vitamin D is a kind of fat⁃soluble vitamins,mainly including vitamin D2 and vitamin D3,converted into 25⁃hydroxyvitamin D2 and 25⁃hydroxyvitamin D3 in the human liver,collectively known as 25⁃hydroxyvitamin D,which is the main circulation form of vitamin D,do also the best indicator to measure the nutritional status of vitamin D.25⁃Hydroxyvitamin D is an essential fat⁃soluble vitamin for the human body.It not only affects calcium and phosphorus metabolism,but also has a wide range of physiological effects.It is an essential substance for maintaining human health,cell growth and development,and is closely related to the occurrence of many diseases.Therefore,the detection of 25⁃hydroxyvitamin D levels is of great significance to individualized vitamin D supplementation,and can effectively prevent vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency.This paper summarized the determination methods,principles and research progress of 25⁃hydroxyvitamin D in China,to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.
