以评促学——档案袋评价法与培养自主英语写作者——以南方科技大学为例的实证研究

摘要 档案袋评价法已在国外教育界践行多年,但在国内高等教育阶段运用较少。本研究以南方科技大学的本科生为对象,研究他们对使用档案袋评价法评价英语写作的看法、倾向和效果。研究发现,绝大部分学生认为档案袋评价法能更充分地使他们了解自己的写作过程、优势与不足、能力与进步、以及如何在将来提高写作等信息,并增强了他们对写作自信心。这种以学生为中心的多元评价方法利于学生转变为自主学习者。本研究对高校转变教学模式、推进多元化的测评以及当下的教学改革都有一定参考价值和启示作用。 Portfolio assessment,an important tool in multidimensional assessment,has been implemented for many years in foreign countries,but it is rarely used in China,especially in higher education.It is urgent to conduct empirical research on portfolio assessment in colleges and universities.In this study,STEM majored students are studied for their preference,opinions and perceptions on using portfolio assessment in assessing their English writing.This study showed that the majority of the students perceived portfolio assessment highly when assessing English writing.Students reported a better awareness of his/her writing process,progress,advantages and disadvantages as a writer,writing skills he/she learned or not learned yet,and how to improve their writing in the future.This assessment can greatly improve their self-confidence as English writers as well as learner autonomy.The research results can shed light on how to motivate and cultivate learner autonomy through multidimensional assessment.
