母语听力和二语水平对二语听力的相对贡献研究

摘要 本研究通过实验考察了母语听力和二语水平对学习者二语听力的相对影响。参与本次实验的受试是51名母语为汉语的英语专业大一新生,他们均参加过大学英语四级考试。所有受试在规定时间内完成了中文和英文听力测试,所得的分数作为反映他们母语和二语听力水平的数据。与此同时,本研究将受试的大学英语四级成绩作为代表他们二语水平的数据。本研究采用SPSS 22.0对数据进行了分析,发现母语听力和二语(英语)水平对二语听力有非常相近的贡献值,从而进一步佐证了语言相互依赖假设。本研究的发现对二语(英语)听力教学具有一定的指导意义。 This paper discusses the relative contribution of first language listening ability and second language proficiency to second language listening ability.51 Chinese-speaking first year English majors participated in this study.All subjects completed Chinese and English listening tests within the prescribed time,and the scores obtained were used as data reflecting their first and second language listening ability.At the same time,this study uses the tested CET-4 scores as data representing their second language proficiency.In this study,SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data,and it was found that the first language listening ability and the second language proficiency contributed very similarly to the second language listening,which further supports the LIH(Language Interdependence Hypothesis).The findings of this study have certain guiding significance for the teaching of the second language(English)listening.
