This paper, taking the LEXUS maintenance manual in electrical control common rail engine as example, combines the characteristics of English translation in vehicle field and summarizes and analyzes the theory and skills and some important and difficult words and sentences that are always encountered and used in the course of translation, which provides certain reference for scholars and translators engaging in the study and translation of vehicle document and professional field.
